Navibox ("we", "our", or "the app") is a delivery route management application designed for delivery drivers. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via email/password or Google OAuth). We may also collect your name, vehicle type, and license number if you choose to provide them in your driver profile.
Location Data: We collect your device's GPS location while you are actively using the app during a workday. This data is used to calculate delivery routes, track distance traveled, detect arrival at delivery destinations, and provide turn-by-turn navigation guidance.
Camera and Images: When you use the document scanner feature, we access your device camera or photo library to capture delivery invoices. These images are processed using Google Cloud Vision (OCR) and OpenAI to extract delivery addresses. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect work session data including start/end times, number of deliveries completed, and total distance driven. This is used to generate your monthly performance reports.
Error Logs: When the app encounters errors, we collect technical information (error type, context) to improve app stability. These logs do not contain personal information.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure each driver can only access their own data. All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase Auth with industry-standard JWT practices.

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your account data and delivery history are retained as long as your account is active. Work session data and delivery logs are retained for reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your driver profile directly in the app's Settings screen. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.
Navibox is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
